Return & Refund Policy

At Aesthetic Space, customer satisfaction is important to us. While Swiss law does not grant a general right of return for online purchases, we voluntarily offer the following return and refund conditions for our customers.

1. Return Eligibility
   •    Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
   •    Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
   •    Opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
   •    Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Return Process
   1.    Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at aestheticspace.swiss@gmail.com with your order number.
   2.    Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
   3.    Send the package to:

3. Costs of Return
   •    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
   •    If the return is due to a defective or incorrectly delivered product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
   •    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
   •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
   •    Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrongly delivered items.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos to aestheticspace.swiss@gmail.com. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
