​Different skin types require different treatment approaches. ​The Candela GentleMax Pro Plus® combines two laser wavelengths, allowing us to choose the most appropriate technology and settings for each client.

ALEXANDRITE 755 nm is Ideal for Lighter Skin Tones

The Alexandrite wavelength is particularly effective for lighter skin tones and dark, visible hair. Its high absorption by melanin allows the hair follicle to be targeted efficiently while treatment parameters are individually adapted to your skin and hair characteristics.

Nd 1064 nm is Ideal for Darker Skin Tones

For darker skin tones, we use the Nd wavelength. Its deeper penetration and lower absorption by epidermal melanin make it particularly suitable for darker skin types when appropriate treatment parameters are selected.

Your laser journey begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation.

During your consultation, our specialist assesses your:

• Skin type
• Hair colour and thickness
• Treatment area
• Previous hair-removal methods
• Individual goals and expectations

We then recommend the most appropriate laser wavelength and create a personalised treatment plan.

Before your first full treatment, we also perform a Laser Patch Test on a small area of skin.

This allows us to evaluate your skin’s response and select appropriate treatment parameters before proceeding with a full session.

Powerful laser technology does not have to mean an uncomfortable experience. Every treatment at Aesthetic Space is performed with an advanced medical-grade Cryo Air Cooler, delivering a continuous stream of cold air directly to the treatment area.

The cooling system helps to:
