YOUR PERSONAL CONSULTATION Your treatment begins with a complimentary consultation. Our laser specialist evaluates your skin phototype, hair colour, hair density, medical history, and treatment goals. Before the first full session, we perform a Laser Patch Test on a small area. This allows us to assess your skin’s response and customise the settings for maximum effectiveness, comfort, and safety. Every treatment plan is individually tailored to your skin and hair type. Our specialist will listen to your needs, explain the available options, and help you create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your expectations.
Cancellation Policy
NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY We value your time and ours. Our consultations are complimentary; however, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and prevents us from offering this time slot to another client. Cancellation or rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or missed without prior notice are subject to a CHF 50 no-show fee. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation and no-show policy.
